Aimed at conductors, musicians, teachers and music students and with a maximum of 12 participants, the course involves four days of intensive training. During the first two days participants have workshops with David. On the second two days the participants get to practice what they have learnt as they conduct the members of DLCS, under David's supervision. Participants are also filmed as they rehearse the choir, thus enabling them to visualise themselves in action.
